How passionate are you to see God’s purposes come to fruition in your life?

How aggressively are you pursuing the knowledge of God and His will for your life?

How desperate are you to locate that for which your life
has been called upward in Christ (Phil 3:12)?

Are you “pressing towards the goal to win the prize to which Christ Jesus is calling you upward?”

You will never see your potential maximized until there is a grabbing hold of destiny in your heart. You will never become the you God intended until you get serious about knowing Him and knowing His will. Jesus said that “the violent take the kingdom by force”

(Matt 11:12).

This violence is similar to the aggressiveness of a baby in the birth canal that is ready to start living life. You have got to mean business about serving the purposes of God in this generation, and get your priorities in line if you want to find that life that gives significance.

How Did We Get Here?

1. Track with Paul the downward spiral he describes in Romans 1:18-32. Note particularly the sequence of events that destroys a society: from the inward to the outward, the spiritual to the natural, inner beliefs to outer values, etc.

2. Why is the introduction of the idea of evolution the starting point for the devolution of society as a whole? How did the adoption of the ideology of evolution affect:

our personal sense of identity?
our corporate grasp of morality?
our ideas of life’s purpose?
our belief in future or destiny?

3. Why is a belief in creationism critical to our identity, our morality, our sense of purpose and destiny?

4. What does it mean that “we all start out searching, but we end up being discovered, looking for something, and being found by Someone?
